If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, the practice follows the NHS Wales Listening to People complaints procedure. We aim to provide a high standard of care, but we recognise that there may be times when things do not go as expected. We take all concerns and complaints very seriously.

How to Make a Complaint

If you would like to raise a complaint about the Surgery or any of the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager as soon as possible.
You can do this:

• In person at the Surgery

• In writing, using our Patient Complaint Form or via email at enquiries.w92027@wales.nhs.uk
