Complaints in the NHS
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, the practice follows the NHS Wales Putting Things Right complaints procedure. We aim to provide a high standard of care, but we recognise that there may be times when things do not go as expected. We take all concerns and complaints very seriously.
How to Make a Complaint
If you would like to raise a complaint about the Surgery or any of the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager as soon as possible.

In writing, using our Patient Complaint Form or via email at enquiries.w92027@wales.nhs.uk

Resolving Issues
We hope that most issues can be dealt with quickly and informally, often at the time they occur and directly with the staff member involved. Our aim is to provide you with the highest possible standard of service, and we are committed to resolving any problems to your satisfaction.
