Order using the NHS APP

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

• By Hand or Post - Please tick off the items you require on the right hand tear-off re-order slip on your prescription and either bring or post it to the surgery (enclosing a stamped addressed envelope if you wish your prescription to be posted).
• Online - You can now order online by following the link at the top of this page and carrying out a simple registration.  

It takes 72 hours to process orders for repeat prescriptions and you should reorder your  medication at least one week before you run out. You can also choose to collect your medication from any of the chemists in Tenby.  

Please note repeat prescriptions are normally for a 1 month period and the re-order slip shows a review date. You will be asked to arrange an appointment with our doctor or nurse practitioner before further supplies are authorized.
